Manager - TA Transformation

Manager - TA Transformation (Korn Ferry (US) / Los Angeles, CA) – Responsible for continued innovation in existing recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) client base. Requires 2 years experience in job offered or as Global Bid Manager &/or Bid Manager, EMEA Solutions. Background in education, training or experience must include utilizing Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Visio, Excel, & MS Project to effectively create & manage project deliverables; experience displaying both verbal & written communications skill with ability to develop effective written materials, facilitate group discussions & present to diverse customer audiences; knowledge of corp &/or public entity talent practices; experience leading Change Management workstreams; experience identifying & mitigating risks; experience in the use of competencies in the talent management process; experience managing talent management projects; experience in process implementation design with business process re-engineering or design skills. Position can be performed remotely from within the U.S. Up to 30% domestic travel is required to client sites for new implementation.
