ABOUT CLIMB WYOMING For 35 years, Climb Wyoming has helped low-income single mothers discover self- sufficiency through career training and placement. To date, the program has helped thousands of families reach self sufficiency, the effects of which will be felt for generations to come. The basis of the Climb model is a job training and placement program, but there is more to permanent life change than getting a job. Essential elements of the Climb model include skills that ensure successful relationships on the job and in the home.
YOU ARE
• Extremely organized, with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
• Interested in data analysis and outcome reporting
• Skilled at managing ongoing responsibilities while responding to immediate support requests and project work from a variety of individuals in the organization
• Savvy with technology
• Effective at working both collaboratively within a team and independently on individual tasks
• Curious and intuitive; able to understand numerous connections in a complex relational database
• Able to own and initiate a range of difficult to simple tasks
• Highly skilled in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with data management is a plus
MORE DETAILS
• Position is based in Cheyenne, WY and will report to Climb’s Data Analyst & Systems Coordinator
• Full-time 40-hour per week position with a salary range of $38,000-$42,000 plus benefits
• Position will close May 31, 2021
