Vocational Rehabilitation Coordinator
Chugachmiut, the Native tribal consortium serving the Chugach Region is recruiting for a:

Summary:
Provide culturally responsive services to people who need assistance adapting to employment challenges by creating individualized employment plans based on the individual’s strengths, abilities, and areas of interest. The Coordinator identifies & plans an array of services for individuals with disabilities to make opportunities for employment more accessible and assist with increasing financial self-sufficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in social services or closely related field.
Knowledge of and ability to work productively in rural communities.
Experience working in the field of disabilities and substance abuse, preferably in the field of vocational rehabilitation
Reliable, dependable, ability to demonstrate follow-through and consistency. Ability to work in a rural setting and travel by light aircraft when required.
Must maintain confidentiality.
Work Hours:
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with one hour for lunch.
Chugachmiut maintains a drug and alcohol and/non-smoking work environment.
