Estimator/Account Manager

Appliance MAX & Cabinet MAX is seeking an Estimator/Account Manager to work on site or
remote with occasional trips to site as necessary, to support multiple projects. Assist with client
pricing, manage accounts and communicate with customers.
In this roll you will:
● Coordinate with other departments for estimating efforts
● Reports, projections, bids, estimates, quotes and invoices
● Lead and estimate tasks for labor and material costs of new projects
● Generate quality takeoffs and pricing for all products and services
● Assist others on their accounts and projects
● Use knowledge of general construction, cabinets and appliances to successfully
estimate projects
● Analyze specifications, sketches, blueprints, plans, bill of materials, etc. to accurately
estimate projects
● Coordinate schedules for installations, ordering and invoicing
● Assist with negotiations if needed
● Prepare and maintain historical cost data and active material lists
● Work directly with design staff, dealers, representatives and brands
● Visit job sites to receive products, supervise installation team, perform quality control and
turnover reports
Here’s what you will need:
● Google/Gmail expertise
● 2 years of estimating experience
● Ability to read engineering drawings, plans and specifications
● Ability to plan, organize, document, perform, review and present multiple projects with
minimal supervision
● Communication skills including the ability to interact with all levels of the project team
● Knowledge of cabinets and appliances
● Ability to travel
This role is part time/full time. Starting pay is $15-$20/Hour with commission. 401K, paid time
off, supplemental heath.
