Customer Service Representative/Office Coordinator position

APG Media of the Rockies, owner and operator of the Rock Springs Rocket Miner website, newspaper and digital marketing services, is looking for a helpful, courteous individual to answer calls and emails from subscribers and advertisers.

 

This position includes office coordinator duties to keep the organization moving forward.

Schedule is 37.5 hours a week, Monday through Friday.

 

Activities may include solving billing issues, starting new subscriptions, processing address changes and temporary stops, and assisting with classified advertising.  Also, directing incoming calls to reports, editor and advertising/marketing team, bank deposits, helping with reports and fulfilling duties.

Requirements include:

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• One year or more related experience or training with a focus on high volume customer service, handling customer issues and customer retention and computer skills.

• 30 wpm minimum typing requirement

• Spelling and simple mathematical computation

• Some sales experience a plus

• Data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
