3S TEAM, LLC was founded in 2009 with the focus of safety, service and satisfaction. Over the 10 - year duration from the startup of the company, numerous small and mid-major clients chose the value proposition of 3S TEAM. 3S TEAM is a full service Turnaround contractor with particular expertise in High Alloy welding including, Austenitic Stainless Steel, Hastelloy, Chrome Moly, Inconel and Incoloy. 3S TEAM also provides full Scaffolding services. As with our maintenance work, Scaffold planning is accomplished by understanding your maintenance goals, and designing access that is safe and facilitates the needs of the workers who will be using it.
